We are heading out to the cottage this week to work on the place and I couldn't be more excited.  Ever since we completed the inside last year I have been eager to work on the outside and bring it up to the level of the inside.  Well, we finally have the money and time to do some work.  Our first task will be to replace the ugly wire fence along the front of the house and put up a white picket fence.  This will be a big job, but what a difference it will make!  Other than that we plan to remove and possibly replace the screen door, hang shutters and put in a new porch light.  Also, if I can find some apple trees this time of year I will plant two new trees in the yard.
