Independence Day is small town America

If you’ve never experience a true small town 4th of July, you should.  It is a real treat! You will feel as though you have stepped into a Norman Rockwell painting with kids running with sparklers, frozen lemonade stands and quaint fireworks displays that go off over your head.  There is no need to fight traffic, pay to park and battle drunks for a place to sit. In a small town 4th of July celebration you can typically walk to where ever you want to go and relax with family in a local park.

Hermann’s Independence Day celebration is the epitome of small town celebrations. The fireworks will be shot over the Missouri River, booths will be set up in Riverfront Park and music will be playing at local venues.
